Her first dolphin friend is Swiftcloud, whom she befriended when she was 16. Not a day goes by (except perhaps during stormseason) that you don't see her swimming with and riding Swift. Silvertide loves him very much.

        Her mom died when she gave birth to her brother, Fin. She'd come down sick during the winter, and was very weak throughout the pregnancy. Fin was nursed by Aunt Moontide, who had given birth to Turtle the same day. Fin and Turtle are Soul Siblings. Silvertide still misses her mother, who was a very calm and quiet soul. She watches out for Fin and Turtle.

        Three years ago she was biten by a small shark while spear fishing. Silvertide just got back in the water after healing. She loves fishing and her dolphin friend, Swiftcloud, too much to stay away!

        She's very close to her father and uncle. Her uncle and she have pretty much the same personality, and some think it fun to watch them running everywhere.

        Last storm season, she found a baby ravvit close to drowning on the shore. She felt sorry for it and nursed it back to health then released it into the wild. The ravvit keeps popping back in, hence the name, "Pops". Most nights will sleep at Silvertide's feet.
