The night he was born there
was violent volcanic activity, even looking out over the lagoon it was easy to see the red against
the ash filled sky and there was very intense lightning. As the ground shook slightly with the
rumbling activity of the mountain on the other side of the island the boy entered the world. Until
he was 17 both parents were there to raise him, it was then that his father was lost in the forest.
It was not until he was fifty turns of age that he lost his mother, this time to the hot waters
gushing forth from an underwater fissure where she had been gathering. |
